ONE application form
per Person completed and signed
by the applicant regardless of age.
TWO passport-sized photograph,
affixed to the above completed application form; the photograph
MUST be similar in appearance
to the photograph in the passport.
Passport should be in order and valid for more
than SIX MONTHS
- Visa for other purposes Than TOURISM:
Evidence Substantiating your purpose of stay. example of
such evidence are in cae of transit, a confirmed travel
document (air ticket..etc) showing Thailand as point of
transit.
- Business trip, a letter from employer
and /or business counterpart in Thailand. In case of working
in Thailand, a letter of employment from your prospective
employer. Such document should be addressed to the Royal
Thai Embassy. In case of settlement in Thailand with the
Thai Spouse/children/ parents. Your marriage/birth certificate
