passport-sized photograph,
affixed to EACH application form, the photograph MUST be similar in appearance
to the photograph in the passport.
A letter from your employer on a headed letter confirm your
name and working position
Passport should be in order and valid for more than six months.
Visa will be valid for three months from the date of issue,
and will allow you a maximum stay of 3 months.
