Please print the checklist below and provide all the required documents.

� One completed green visa application form per passportplication form completed and signed by the applicant.

� Visa authorisation telex or invitation with reference number from Libyan travel agent.

� Business visitors should be sponsored by a Libyan company which will organise the issue business visa.

� Non-European passport holders - Please Provide Proof of residency in the UK.

� Four recent passport sized photograph, the photograph MUST be similar in appearance to the photograph in the passport.

� Passport should be in order and valid for more than six months.

� Visa will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue, but the length of stay depend on the airport or border.

� 2 to 3 working days required to issue the visa.

� Submission passports for visa only on Monday & Tuesday. Collection of passports only on Thursday.

� Cheque payable to “Gulfvisa”. The fees are as follows in Pound Sterling:

Add £4.00 per submission if you require your passport(s) to be returned by Special Delivery.
