Please print the checklist below and provide all
the required documents.
One application form per passport completed and
signed by the applicant.
Non-UK passport holders - Proof of
residency in the UK issued by the UK Home Office.
Please include the name and address of sponsor on
the application form (a hotel invitation is a sponsor).
TWO passport-sized
photograph, affixed to the above completed application form,
the photograph MUST be similar
in appearance to the photograph in the passport.
Children travelling to Qatar on the same passport
with the main applicant require TWO
passport-sized photograph for each child.
Passport should be in order and valid for more
than six months.
Please note Qatar charges Per person
NOT per passport. For example if a passport contains
three persons the visa fee is x3.
