per passport completed and signed by the applicant.
Non-European passport holders - Please
Provide Proof of residency in the UK.
Fill the two parts of the application form please.
Two passport-sized photograph.
Passport should be in order and valid for more
than six months.
Passport MUST have two
opposite pages that are empty.
In the Proposed Departure box enter the date,
Flight number, Airline, time of departure.
Visa authorisation letter from the Saudi Ministry of
Foreign Affairs to be included with application.
Copy of birth certificate(s)
for accompanying children.
Birth Certificate should carry the name of
the father and mother.
Two photographs (looks like) each for accompanying
children.
Cheque payable to “Gulfvisa”. The fees are
as follows in Pound Sterling:
