Fill the two parts of the application form please.
Two passport-sized photograph.
Passport should be in order and valid for more
than six months.
Passport MUST have two
opposite pages that are empty.
Visa authorisation letter from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign
Affairs to be included with application.
Copy of marriage certificate
for wife
Copy of birth certificate(s)
for accompanying children.
Birth Certificate should carry the name of
the father and mother.
Two photographs (looks like) each for accompanying
children.
Each person 15 years or over must fill a
Saudi Embassy Medical Form completed by a doctor working in
the UK or Republic of Ireland,
