This page outlines the terms and conditions
between GulfVisa (“GulfVisa”) and an applicant
(“The Applicant”) applying for a visa. Submission of an application
form, passport and other documents implies that the applicant
has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Requesting Application Forms
The Applicant can request an application form through
the GulfVisa website, by filling in the relevant details.
An application form will be posted to the applicant
through normal post the following day.
No application forms will be posted if the details
are incomplete on the request for application form.
The applicant must understand which form to
request for the type of visa required. If in doubt the applicant
can fill in the comments box and explain the situation and
the appropriate form will be posted.
GulfVisa has the right
to refuse any request at its own discretion.
Processing of Applications
The applicant must print and use the checklists provided
on the GulfVisa website.
The printed checklist must be included with
the application form, passport and any other required documents.
Once GulfVisa receives the completed
application form, passport and documents the application will
be submitted to the relevant embassy in London.
A cheque must be included covering all the fees.
Applications without cheques are incomplete and will not
be submitted for processing.
An application will not be submitted if the
application is incomplete.
Any change to third party fees including embassy
fees and department fees MUST be met by the applicant. GulfVisa
will not continue with any application unless all third party
fees are paid.
If the application is incomplete GulfVisa will
contact the applicant through email only informing the applicant
of why the application is incomplete.
The passport and any relevant will be posted
to the applicant using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery,
If required the applicant may request Special Delivery this
is an extra cost of £4 per envelope,
which is guaranteed next working day. Both types of delivery
require a person to be present at the address to sign for
the package. If
Working Visas are more complex and can require
more time.
If the passport is returned without a visa from
the embassy, GulfVisa will contact the applicant by email
explaining the reasons for why the visa is declined. GulfVisa
can resubmit a declined passport this may incur
an extra fee.
Exclusion clause
GulfVisa excludes all liability for any claim arising
from any act undertaken for an applicant unless the applicant
can prove that GulfVisa caused the applicant to suffer loss.
GulfVisa has a limited liability of £100. If GulfVisa has
caused an applicant to suffer loss, the applicant accepts
this limited liability. .
GulfVisa will not be responsible for any loss
caused by a third party, including all embassies, Government
offices, Royal Mail and all other third parties. This does
not affect the applicants’ statutory rights.
Disclaimer
GulfVisa provides information using its best endeavors to
achieve accuracy, but this cannot be guaranteed. GulfVisa
therefore do not warrant this site's contents, and exclude
any implied warranty.
GulfVisa, nor any entities from which they receive
information, nor any entities with whom their site is linked,
shall be liable for any decisions made on the basis of the
information provided.
Governing Law
Applicants contracting with GulfVisa agree that English Law
governs this contract.
