What is a visa?
An endorsement/stamp/label on a passport indicating that the holder is allowed to enter, leave, or stay for a specified period of time in a country.
Where can I obtain a visa?
Depending on the country, you can get a visa before you travel from an embassy or at the airport upon arrival. Some countries only allow you to obtain a visa before flying out from an embassy. Therefore, you must have a visa before you book your flight or fly out.
GulfVisa provides a service to you in order to get a visa for you without you having to queue up for long periods of times and undertaking the long process online. We are an experienced agency which can help you get your visa for a small fee. The majority of the fee you pay us will go towards the fee the Embassy requires from anyone who needs a visa. How long will it take to obtain a visa?
This varies alot depending on the embassy (country) and the type of service they offer. Some embassys offer only one service with a fixed time period to obtain visas meanwhile others such as the Indian Embassy offer a variety of service which each take different lengths. Therefore, you must go to the relevant visa page (click here) to select the country's embassy you need your visa from and on the page it will clearly indicate the length of time it takes to obtain a visa.
How much will a visa cost me?
This varies alot depending on the embassy (country) and the type of service they offer. Some embassys offer only one service with a fixed fee meanwhile others such as the Indian Embassy offer a variety of service with different fees due to different time lengths. I've heard I cannot get a visa for certain countries, is this true?
Yes, but only for a very few limited amount of countries. You will need to visit the relevant pages on our GulfVisa website and read the guidance.
What happens if my visa expires?
You will need a new visa. You cannot visit a country with an expired visa. To start the process of obtaining a new visa visit the travel visa page (click here).
Do GulfVisa guarantee a successful application/attestation?
We at GulfVisa will use our long years of experience to ensure that you have the absolute best chance of a successful application. Due to our experience, applications/attestations very rarely get rejected. However, it is impossible for anyone to guarantee a successful application/attestation. There is a simple reason for this. We are not a government body/organisation. Therefore, it is not up to us to accept or decline your documents.

How long after receiving the documents will GulfVisa submit my documents?
Although this depends on the particular service and country involved, GulfVisa aims to submit documents the next working day from receiving your documents (as long as documents have arrived to GulfVisa Ltd Offices before 7pm)

I've noticed this is a new website, but is GulfVisa run by the same people?
Yes, GulfVisa Ltd is still owned and run by the same people. We developed this new website to enhance your customer experience and make the whole process much clearer and easier.
Is there another branch for GulfVisa?
No, GulfVisa Ltd currently only has an office in central London. Please be careful with anyone claiming to represent us abroad (outside the UK) and contact our telephone number directly for any clarification.

Is there a representative for GulfVisa in Saudi Arabia?
No, unfortunately there have been reports of people trying to misinform potential customers and claim that they represent GulfVisa in Saudi Arabia. GulfVisa Ltd only has one office and it is based in central London. We have no representation outside the UK.

Where are your prices?
Prices depend on the country and service selected. Our prices are among the most competitive and affordable in the market and we always aim to keep it that way. Our prices mainly based on two factors. 1) Fee from Government Organisation 2) GulfVisa Handling Fee. Prices will vary depending on the different variations in Government Organisation fees. Therefore if a visa costs more money to purchase from an embassy, naturally the price offered is also higher. However, we always try to keep our handling fee low and affordable. This means overall, using us as your agent, we can provide you the service for cheaper than doing it on your own! (no travelling or wasting time)
How can I see what services you offer?
Simply go to our homepage or any relevant category page, then in the search box select the relevant drop-down boxes. The website will automatically take you to the relevant product page with all the information regarding the requirements, prices and any other information involved.
