We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with your documents, therefore we provide email notifications throughout the service completely free of charge - a courtesy from GulfVisa. It’s something we know many customers appreciate and a service that can help you have a peace of mind.
Therefore, this can saves you the time, effort and hassle of calling or emailing in to find out what has happened. Rest assured that as soon as your document has moved onto the next phase, an email will be sent out to you directly afterwards.
Services are different depending on what you need (e.g. document legalisation or visa application etc.) and therefore have different steps and processes involved. For this reason, the types of notifications you receive are slightly different and you may receive notifications for phases that are unique to a specific country or service type. However, we almost always will send out email notifications for these three important stages of your service:
- Confirmation that we have received your order
- Confirmation that we have received your documents
- Application has been successfully completed and your documents have been sent back to you
