Multiple entry visas are issued at the discretion of the embassy and cannot be guaranteed. Also, if you wish to apply for a multiple entry visa your passport must be valid for at least 1 year from the date of entry to Kenya.
Business Visa Rules
A Kenyan business visa allows you to attend conferences, workshops, seminars or discussions. However, it does not allow you to undertake any activities that would be considered work or gainful employment. Those who wish to work in Kenya — including voluntary work — require authorisation from the Director of Immigration Services in Nairobi.

A Kenyan business visa becomes valid from the date of entry into the country, not the date of issue.
What should the invitation letter for a Kenya business visa include?
This letter should be from your employer or sponsoring company and include your name, employment status and purpose of visit to Kenya. The letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for you, and their contact information. This needs to be presented on the company’s official stationary with an official letterhead and stamp.
