Our All-Inclusive Price

At GulfVisa, we like to be honest and direct with our customers which allows us to make things easy and simple for you. That’s why we have decided not to break our prices up into many different costs and fees which would mean you’d be continuously asked to pay for different parts of the process as you go through. Not only is this frustrating and can feel disingenuous, but it also helps to simplify the process as too many costs can make things very confusing. At Gulfvisa, customer satisfaction is key, therefore we don’t want you feeling cheated on by not laying out the final price in the first place! Therefore, rest assured that what you see is what you will pay and have the peace of mind that there won’t be any stacking up of prices later on.

Any price quoted on our website will include all costs. Therefore, if you live in the UK, rest assured that the price you see at checkout is the full and final price you will have to pay*. We won’t give you any nasty surprises.

Although many different services and embassies have many different costs and fees, we’ve bundled the different phases so that they come under the all-inclusive prices quoted on our website – the following is included:

• UK Delivery (Special Delivery Royal Mail)
• Relevant Embassy/Institution/Authority Charges
• GulfVisa Handling Fee
• All Other (required) Charges
• Free pre-checks of documents

We have:

• No Hidden Charges
• No debit/credit card surcharge (i.e. 0%) - as per the new law introduced in the UK early 2018

Our prices include delivery within the UK but not outside the UK (delivery is done by DHL). Courier Services are also available with an additional charge. However, delivery within the UK is always included in our price!

• *Free delivery is only for within the UK (Special Deliver Royal Mail - Before 1pm)
• *Assumption that there is no rejection of your documents. If there is, depending on whether it was on our behalf due to our own mistake or not, the cost of reapplication will be applied (this will simply be the cost of the fee from the authority + £35 admin fee)
