You will need a visa to travel to Sri Lanka for business. For a stay of 30 days, you can apply for an electronic business visa. For a period of longer than 30 days (or if you are experiencing problem with the electronic visa system) you should apply for a normal business visa (submitting the requirements below).

1Requirements for a Sri Lankan Business Visa

1. Passport (with at least one blank visa page, valid for at least 6 months beyond exit date).

2. Two passport-sized photos (must be recently taken + have a white background.

3. A fully completed and signed visa application form (available to print from our Pack).

4. An original business introduction letter from your UK company (for the information required in this letter, please see the example in our Pack)

5. A copy of the letter of invitation from your host company in Sri Lanka. If you are requesting more than one entry, this letter must explain the reason(s) for this (for all the information required in this letter, please see our example in our Pack).
